Maria Vivas graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Audiology. She has been part of the faculty at the Audiology Department for well over 15 years and has an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology. Maria holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Massachusetts Academy of Audiology.
Upon graduating from Northeastern University, she joined Milford Audiology Center which she later acquired from her teacher and mentor while at Northeastern. She has extensive experience dealing successfully with many types of hearing losses and is an expert at adapting the technology that best matches your clinical needs as well as your lifestyle.
Maria also works as a consultant with different Public Schools including Boston Public schools as well as other schools for children with special needs for which she performs routine hearing tests. She is a fully bilingual English-Spanish Audiologist.
